This 6 week mental wellbeing course is designed specifically for men who are struggling with mild to moderate mental health concerns; such as stress, anxiety, depression, and want to address the following issues:

  • Are you feeling overwhelmed?

  • Do you struggle with anger and frustration?

  • Are you feeling stressed with a lack of purpose and direction?
